John Hill has spent three decades making things work — from launching mountain hotels in the Alps and Mediterranean resorts with two-week windows before the first guests arrived, to managing superyacht operations across the Med and Caribbean, organising triathlons on the Algarve coast, and building a family home from the ground up during a global pandemic.

Cornerstone Project Management works in close partnership with Indigo Sun Interior Design — bringing together project management precision and exceptional interior design for a seamless client experience.
The studio is led by Founder and Lead Designer Leah Anderson and Executive Designer Lena Urusova — two American designers based in the western Algarve, creating serene, organic modern interiors for homes, holiday rentals and boutique businesses.
Together, Cornerstone and Indigo Sun offer clients a complete end-to-end service — from initial design concept through to final project delivery.
